Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING (US DOMESTIC)

We ship to all US states including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

Shipping Fees:
Free shipping for orders $50 or more
First Class: $4.50
Priority Mail: $8.50

Orders placed before 3 pm PST/PDT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. If available, a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information will be sent when your order is processed. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, returned, or delayed by the postal service.

We do not offer worldwide shipping yet, but we will soon.
 

RETURNS

Sale items and oil samples cannot be exchanged or returned. Otherwise, we do accept returns on unused, regular priced items. Sale items and oil samples cannot be exchanged or returned. Otherwise, we do accept returns on unused, regular priced items. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. Be sure to include the order number. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will confirm receipt via email. If the goods are still in the original condition, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange goods if they are defective or damaged, or if we have made a mistake with your order. If you feel that you are entitled to an exchange, contact us within 30 days of receipt at orders@takemyfaceoff.com with the order number, product name, and a description of the issue. We recommend including photos showing any defects. If we agree there is an issue, we will send you a paid mailing label.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will replace the product.
 

SHIPPING COSTS

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping for returns or exchanges, unless the product was found to be defective, damaged, or there was a mistake with an order.
